Q: What should I do when I need refills on my medications?
A: The quickest way is to contact the pharmacy where you received your prescription. They will contact our office through our refill system with all the correct information. Please call them several days before your prescription is needed allowing us enough time to process your request. Refills are processed Monday through Friday.

Q: What should I do if I need to see a specialist?
A: While some insurance companies require referrals to specialists, most insurance companies require that you are evaluated by your primary care provider to determine whether your condition needs to be evaluated and treated by a specialist. In some cases, letters of referrals are needed for many specialists. Please refer to your Certificate of Medical Coverage from your insurance company to understand specific policy coverage and requirements needed.

Q: What should I do if I have questions regarding my billing statements?
A: Please contact our billing office at 952-922-9664 where our experienced staff will assist you with any questions or concerns regarding statements and /or resolutions. They are available Monday through Friday from 7:30 to 4:00 PM.

Q: What should I do if I have questions for my doctor or provider?
A: Please contact our Front Desk at 952-926-6489 who will facilitate the necessary steps. Your messages will be reviewed by our Triage Staff and discussed with your primary care provider in between seeing patients to return your call as promptly as possible. In most cases the physician’s nurse will be the one to contact you. though there are some instances that the primary care provider will need to contact you directly.

Q: What should I do if I get sick after hours?
A: There are circumstances in which urgent questions arise after office hours. We have 24 hour Call Service available through our answering service reachable at our direct number, 952-926-6489. Please understand that no refills will be processed through this service and non-urgent issues should be addressed the following business day. We offer many same day appointments that can be accessed the next business day. If you have a life threatening emergency, you should dial 911.
